I did these sketches of everyone's favorite action hero the other day just for fun. They're ink and gouache on paper. What I love about those films is the mix of adventure and humor. I hope the fourth installment is as good as the last three...

Francis, I use a Hunt 101 quill and india ink, also a series 7 sable from Winsor Newton for the bigger black areas. Also a thin wash of black ink and a layer of gouache to add some depth and color.
Great stuff.
Your sketches are illustrations to me.
